Muscat addresses an audience of financial wizards and tycoons

Look at the people in the audience, listening to him going on about Important Matters. No wonder it’s so easy for Labour to dish out the rubbish and have it swallowed up.

And will his image consultants please stop, for heaven’s sake, making his hair appear and disappear again, depending on the situation?

Either on or off. Hair isn’t like foundation make-up, to be whipped on and off depending on the nature of the public appearance. Alfred Sant kept his wig on all the time. He didn’t wear it only when he wanted to impress (ahem).

This business with the bottle-fuzz is becoming truly ridiculous.

What a sullen audience in the still picture! They do not appear to be understanding or enjoying the speech from the orator. I wonder why.

So that’s rich, there’s no money to buy medicines and for tenders so can we know the source of money that will be needed to fund the lost revenue from lower utility bills?

It probably takes considerable effort and time to make his head look full of hair hence the frequent patches.
