Labour Party deputy leader candidate sentenced to two years in prison and interdicted for life

Clyde Joe Cassar, who stood for election as the Labour Party’s deputy leader for party affairs four years ago (another clown won, Toni Abela) was one of four men arrested and summarily prosecuted last Sunday for forging a passport.

Cassar, an immigration officer, has been sentenced to two years in prison, suspended for four years, and interdicted for life.

      Apparently he tried to get the post of deputy leader of THE circus 4 years ago, but as Daphne says, another clown won.
