    Mintoff was pretty prescient when he waged his war on technology. He probably realised that with these gizmos around ordinary people could have the means to trace and recall far more than he was willing to allow. Back in the day we had Page 13, word of mouth and a few brave journalists: imagine if we had the Internet.

    Any sign of this document?

    Can we please all resign ourselves to the fact that these individuals will resort to psychological bullying to control us?
