I guess they’re hoping we’ll all forget about that. Now that Manuel Mallia is making himself available to the press to answer questions about his armed and hysterical driver, he might wish to answer a couple of random questions about progress being made on investigations into that bomb.

    I bet that one of the three proposed retired judges would be an ex Labour candidate recently rolled out of the mothballs.

    One of the members of the panel would be he who sells tickets, giving him the opportunity of cheap advertising in a desperate effort to resuscitate his business.

    The third could be anyone for no unanimous verdict is required in the proceedings.
