Thanks, Daphne, for keeping us updated with the truth, at all cost. You are the best! Simon’s speech is awesome.

How can one believe the prime minister any longer? He is incompetent and pure scum.

All this sh*t and arrogance after just 20 months in government is obscene.

I can’t try to imagine what will the situation be if this government had to be in power for 10 years.

Thank God the Opposition seems to be back on track and I can only hope that the switchers who placed us in this situation in he first place, realize this.

Great, as I was unable to watch it yesterday.

    Thank you.

  3. C Mangion says:

The prime minister made a point of not using big words or difficult sentences so as not to confuse his followers.

  4. Mila says:

Manuel ‘not my fault either’ Mallia has joined the Labour chorus. This is a one way government wanting all the perks, drivers, cars, trips, parties etc but never there to take responsibility for anything.

Must admit that getting to know the enemy was not an easy task for the opposition. I do not use the word ‘enemy’ lightly but what else can you call a government who flushes integrity and accountability down the drain? The government is simply syphoning what it can from the country with no regard for the future.

The LP’s election cry was that it will go after the big fish, it did, not to put them away but to sell Malta to them and pocket the proceeds. Conflict of interests are profitable if one does the dishonorable thing, just look around.

And what about even bigger, predatory fish like China? Isn’t it obvious that that is a repeat story to that of Libya? Who can forget 1979?

    X’differenza!

Thank you so much Daphne! Keep up the good work!

I still can’t find any revenue figures relating to the Sale of Passport Scheme (or whatever they call it).

When originally introduced they said this was going to inject millions of euro into the economy, not least into the country’s coffers.

Shouldn’t this item and relevant figures feature in the Budget? Can someone please clarify?

    • Tabatha White says:

I would have thought so too. Along with full clarity on the way it operates, which still hasn’t been forthcoming.

    Fantastic speech. At last!

This is the party I voted for.

And I’m with Baxxter here: Is-sewwa jirbah biss jekk ahna niddefenduh.
