UPDATE: The holder of ID 20349M is a Capuchin friar in Floriana. the Capuchins collect thousands of receipts and enter them in the lottery every month to raise funds through potential winnings. The holder of ID 702754 lives in a social housing flat in St Julian’s/San Gwann.
