Mario Camilleri to National Audit Office re deal: “I am the person that’s dictating”

He is the sort of person who, even at an age when he would have been taught grammar at school, uses ‘that’ instead of ‘who’, because he thinks it sounds younger and cooler, down with the kids, not realising that the kids use ‘that’ for ‘who’ because they aren’t taught grammar. Enough said.

The man’s replies are barely coherent – that’s when you know there’s a problem and they can’t explain because they have no sound basis for a proper explanation.

This is from P63 of the National Audit Office report. Just listen to the man – you can almost hear him.
