Somebody we know must suddenly be feeling old, fat and bald

Oh well. It happens. Estonia has a 35-year-old prime minister who looks like he should be on a university students council. He is the youngest prime minister in Europe by far.

Now here comes the important bit. Will this child get more attention from Europe when he talks about the Russian threat than Muscat gets when he talks about the Libyan threat?
