John Dalli’s friend now employed at the Water Services Corporation’s Theft Inspectorate

Iosif Galea, a former inspector with the Lotteries & Gaming Authority and close friend of John Dalli and his henchman Silvio Zammit, is the man who was having an extra-marital affair with lawyer and Dalli go-between Gayle Kimberly, and staying with her in a hotel in Spain when she was surprised by OLAF and interviewed.

After the change in government, Iosif Galea was put on the payroll at the MEPA, also as an inspector, and now he has yet another new job, at the Water Services Corporation’s Theft Inspectorate.

They must be working on the principle that you’ve got to set a thief to catch a thief.
