In the Labour Party’s official newspaper, KullHadd, today:

Il-bloger tal-Partit Nazzjonalista Daphne Caruana Galizia, erbat ijiem ilu fil-blogg taghha allegat li l-eks-Spettur Daniel Zammit fetah kumpanija ma’ qarib ta’ akkuzat fi qtil. Daniel Zammit kien qieghed fit-tim ta’ prosekuzzjoni f’dan il-kaz. Jirrizulta li l-akkuzat, Stephen Caruana, hu r-ragel ta’ bint Joe Gaffarena li mieghu l-eks-Spettur fetah il-kumpanija St Gabriel Residential Homes Ltd.

ALLEGAT?So I didn’t report them. I made allegations. But the allegations are so factual that they are documented in the Companies Registry and in the Public Registry for marriages and in the courts of law in a murder inquiry hearing and so KullHadd repeats what I reported but says I ‘alleged that’ because it can’t bring itself to move away from its struck, scratched groove, not even when the story is major.

The only thing that’s not a fact is ‘il-bloger (sic) tal-Partit Nazzjonalista’. I don’t work for the Nationalist Party and never have done so. This is QUITE OBVIOUSLY a completely independent website and the only people in this equation who are paid by a political party are those working for KullHadd: ir-reporters tal-Partit Laburista.
