This is what you get when you stuff your secretariat with total chavs

This is Ivin Pace, the subliterate nephew (yet, another one) of Chris Cardona’s head of secretariat, tacky-boutique owner (Scruples, Pardi) Mario Azzopardi.

Ivin is the receptionist at the Ministry for the Economy, a position he did not obtain through a public call and a rigorous interview process to check manners, presentation, ability to articulate proper sentences, deal with callers and take proper messages.

And this is what he does in his break: he takes amusing ‘stessi’ in what is clearly the ministry building and uploads them on Facebook.
