Evarist, Philip Rizzo’s Facebook and dumb comments are still there

The Malta Independent rang the Minister for Education (Evarist Bartolo), who is responsible for the Employment and Training Corporation, and asked him what he plans to do about that salivating saddo (not their expression), Philip Rizzo.

Bartolo said that he will not be sacking Rizzo because he can understand what he meant & c & c. In other words, he knows Rizzo is one of those patronising sex-maniac jerks that are typical of his generation, and who we women have had to confront practically since we were at school, so he’s excusing him on the basis that he doesn’t know better.

What sort of argument is that? The fact that Olivia Farrugia loves it and uses his pathetic advances to have herself promoted to Head of Division does not mean he won’t be doing the same thing to some other woman who most definitely will not love it.

And I’m quite sure that Evarist Bartolo hasn’t missed the essential point here: that the legitimacy of Ms Farrugia’s promotion by her drooling boss is in question.

It’s not just about the boobs and the disgusting comments. It’s about what she used the boobs to get. I’m a woman. You can’t teach me anything about how some women think. That one (‘dik’) will have uploaded that photo specifically for her boss’s excitable reaction, and for no other reason.

Man has never been the hunter.

The Education Minister also said that he has now issued an order to senior management under his Ministry’s responsibility, banning them from using Facebook – because they cannot be trusted not to make themselves ridiculous.

It looks like both Philip Rizzo and Boobarella have defied him, because their Facebook pages are still up, and Ms Farrugia still has that post prominently displayed along with her boss’s senility-knocks comments.
