She’s a waitress at the Hilton

The woman who spat at Daboma Jack and yelled at him “Go back to your country” is a waitress at the Hilton.

In the manner of these things, she turned up at a police station the day before yesterday to file a pre-emptive report against her victim.

Her lawyer has said that she is not a racist.

It is not yet known whether the police will file charges against her (they should) but if they don’t, her bosses at the Hilton should certainly do something about it.

If this woman spits at a man who irritates her in a public place, she will think nothing of spitting in the food and coffee of restaurant clients who annoy her, or who she doesn’t like.

As for somebody who works in tourism telling people to “go back to your country”, it beggars belief.
