“Shoot to kill” says former Labour Party candidate about refugees at Europe’s borders

Sharon Ellul Bonnici, who stood for election to the European Parliament on the ticket of Joseph Muscat’s ‘liberal and progressive’ Labour Party in 2009, has written publicly that Europe should bring out its armies and “shoot to kill” when faced with refugees on the borders.

She also uses some very unsuitable language, but that’s minor compared to her quite evidently firmly held belief that you deal with refugees by murdering them.

Incidentally, though Joseph Muscat accepted her as a party candidate, her political stance is Far Right. Alfred Sant her rejected her request to become a party candidate in the 2004 European Parliament elections.
