It is in the worst possible taste – terrible, dreadful – to show off and race cars that cost almost a million pounds each to (purportedly) raise funds for the cold, the hungry, the sick and the needy.

So you blow a million pounds on a car and then get people to donate small sums to charity for the sheer pleasure of looking at it.

Honestly, how revolting, vile and above all, tacky and stupid.
