This is Sandro Chetcuti’s brother

Robert Chetcuti, who the police say has been ‘found’ in St Julian’s after a missing alert earlier, is a brother to Sandro Chetcuti, president of the Malta Developers Association.

I wouldn’t mention any such kinship ordinarily, in these circumstances, were it not for the fact that something tells me there’s more to this than meets the eye.
