Our prime minister’s greeting to the delegates he welcomed individually at the Commonwealth Heads of Government opening ceremony:
“Good stuff”
“Cheers”
He picked up the idiom but then promptly used it in completely the wrong context. Who’s coaching him – or isn’t anybody doing so?
