The Minister for the Economy, Chris Cardona, was seen entering the seedy Stable Bar in Sappers Street, Valletta, late last Friday night and did not emerge again until 2.30am. The shouting, blaspheming and swearing of his companions made a negative impression on those who were trying to get some sleep.
