John Dalli is in Dubai too often – they’re up to something

Yet again I have received a message from a reader who spotted John Dalli on the flight to or from Dubai or at the airport heading for Dubai or coming back from there.
The latest message came in at 3.45am last night from a man who was in transit in one of the business lounges at DXB airport (Dubai) and who saw Dalli there waiting for his flight back to Malta.
