Malta’s Minister for Gambling – yet another perambulating farce

Now that he’s a cabinet minister again, he’s back to the old routine of having his ministerial car and chauffeur deliver his sons to and from St Edward’s every day. Because he can afford the fees there, but the rest of us have to pay for his ‘school transport’.
