Mrs Muscat’s ‘meet the Obamas’ dress inspired by restaurant railing

I thought at the time that the pattern was familiar, but I wasn’t quite sure. Now I am. Yes, Mrs Muscat’s notorious dress pattern was copied directly from the railing (originally devised by the architect Chris Briffa) at the Harbour Club restaurant in Valletta.
