Owen Bonnici campaigns for general election as a government minister

Enough of this blatant abuse and mixing of party and government: how can these things be permitted to go on? Owen Bonnici is campaigning for the 2018 general election as a minister of the government, using his ‘minister’ appellation and his official government email address, instead of as a Labour Party candidate called Owen Bonnici.

His campaign workers – and let us hope they are not paid by the government – are pushing these flyers into letter-boxes right across his two intended constituencies.
