BREAKING/De facto energy minister Konrad Mizzi has not shut down his company in Panama

A search of company records commissioned for this website a few days ago reveals that Hearnville Inc, the Panama company of which Malta’s de facto energy minister Konrad Mizzi is the ultimate beneficial owner, is still active. The company is described as an “anonymous society”.
It was incorporated on 4 June 2013, as the search reveals, but the email cache in the Panama Papers shows that Brian Tonna and Karl Cini instructed Mossack Fonseca in Panama to begin the process to set up three companies in Panama just two or three days after Labour won the general election and before the cabinet of government had even been formally sworn in.
