That way, the mother of the children can successfully claim she is the “head of household” and would then be eligible for social assistance. There are men who even rent a disused place just to have a separate address from their partner whom they live with, so that both can claim assistance.

(Daphne – You don’t get social assistance by claiming that the father of your children doesn’t live with you. You get it by claiming that the father is unknown.)
