Oh I didn’t forget anything. I even remember laughing my brains out when a car sped by, blasting out Malta’s über-hamallu track of the moment, “Infinity 2008”, which is played nowhere else in the world. A Maltese émigré out for a drive, no doubt.

And this was during the Oktoberfest, mind.

I really wished a few more “customers” would read the instruction manual or prescription before they use the product–they might get protected from addiction and adverse effects.

Please don’t go away. Foreign input can only help to widen what is sometimes our much too provincial thinking.
At least DCG has come to our rescue and opened up discussions at every level.
As to what your client does to sell to his customers, unfortunately the principal rule of marketing is that perception plays an important part in the sales process. You are obviously the ideal person to help your client sell ‘perception’ of the product to his customers. But in the long run customer satisfaction goes far beyond that. If we consider what the Partit Laburista is doing for example, Gowzef is trying so hard to sell the perception of a ”new” beginning for his party, but people are already realising that that’s all it is, perception, because the product itself still sucks. Auf wiedersehen, (excuse spelling!)or as they say ”see you hee, orrite”

Still I am not sure if my specific bavarian sense of humour is translatable into english…or maltese;-)
Apart from that it seems to be almost iconoclastic to certain people to contemplate maltese policy with a hint of irony.
