You’re right, I can’t access Times website. I want to ask a technical question. Can a ”hacker” block a website? I tried to get on the KULLHADD website, and it was blocked. Apparently there was something ”juicy” on page 3 (I don’t mean P3 photos of Michelle) and this individual didn’t like it so she had it hacked. Possible?

[Daphne – It all depends on the server hosting the website. When this blog started out, it was hosted on my mini-server, so it was attacked and blocked on polling day. We transferred it immediately to a professional hosting company, where attack attempts continued through the night.]
