Regarding the appearance of the many “Face book friends” in front of the Magistrate in question: I think she should be suspended from her duties.

If one appears in front of Magistrate Consuelo Scerri Herrera in a case against for example Il-Farell, JPO, Musumeci, Dr Joseph Muscat or Sandro Chetcuti, how can one be guaranteed blind justice by this magistrate who parties with everyone in town?

I was having a cigarrette outside. Benoit walked in, saw you two there, turned around and walked out again back to her car. She barely spent two minutes inside the building. I thought it strange. Then on Saturday I put it all together when I read your blog.

I was just telling my friend that Benoit had written that she was disgusted by the sight of two men kissing at the cinema on the big screen. Then I see her walking out of the building looking like she had just seen a ghost!
