His predecessors did not enjoy that good a reputation anyway. Muscat is just a faded carbon copy of Sant, still learning his trade and judging from his advice to Iceland and Malta, amply proves his lack of foresight. But even then, he was simply Sant’s puppet, and still is.

One either has it or hasn’t and obviously Muscat doesn’t have it whether at 35 or 65. Age does not raise IQ.
