To ciccio 2010 – you are right- I agree in part – I had in mind the has-beens i.e. ex-ministers. These are still full of hate and envy – voters beware come 2013.

I don’t really believe that this was a genuine mistake. I think that it gives us a glimpse of how the LP “thinks” and operates.

I always get the impression that the party is made up of a bunch of conniving individuals who seem to think that the strategies employed “behind the scenes” to gain and keep power are the same that should be used on a national level. This frame of mind seems to be typical of the younger generation of politicians, however. The dissenting backbenchers within the PN come to mind. Perhaps it’s the new way of doing politics? I wouldn’t know. Not my cup of tea.
