I’d love to know where you got this from. Did you transcribe it yourself?

If Joseph Muscat has truly sounded those words in 2010 then it’s either he’s had a hallucinatory flashback, or he felt like pulling some legs. There is no evidence that the PL is concerned with the advent of EU economic, financial and fiscal governance, 10-year economic plan included.
