He couldn’t have been promoted to the rank of superintendent under Lawrence Pullicino’s reign as Commissioner of Police. His promotion came about after he assisted Alfred Calleja in bringing Pullicino to justice – well after 1987.

[Daphne – I know that. He was notoriously Inspector Farrugia until 1987 at least. But he’s lying on his website. This is taken from the ‘About Anglu’ section: “u ghandu esperjenza vasta fil-qasam tax-xoghol tieghu inkluz dak bhala pulizija, supretendent bejn 1977-1996.”]

I need to vent this somewhere. What is it with everyone wanting to “condemn”? What happened to criticising, disagreeing, etc?
