Would KMB break down with emotion like he did when receiving the medal and cash on behalf of Mintoff?

Does (or can Mintoff) give a damn?

Will CNI issue a statement defending Gaddafi?

Will KMB offer to mediate and negotiate compensation for the widows and widowers of unarmed victims of the Gaddafi regime?

Will Joseph open up a travel agency in Tripoli and arrange for distraught Libyans to tour Malta while their country burns?

Are we witnessing a tal-Barrani episode on a much grander scale and with much deadlier results?

Will Gaddafi be remembered as our ‘brother’ gone wrong having massacred hundreds of his own countrymen just because they demanded justice, democracy and a better standard of living?

With ‘friends’ like Gaddafi, who needs enemies?

No hope of that nowadays. If it were the seventies though we could have relied on Mintoff to send over some troops and maybe even an armed helicopter or two to help pacify the rowdy mob.
