Protestors are now in Tripoli at the stage of finishing the incredible job they have so bravely and heroically started only a few days ago.

Gaddafi’s regime is humiliated. It has lost control of all Libya except for part of Tripoli.

Victory is close and in sight. The Libyan people have no option but to fight on till the end and topple Gaddafi on home ground in Tripoli. They are showing immense determination and courage.

The whole world is watching and supporting you in this grand and honourable moment. The sacrifice you are making at the cost of so many lives will hail the birth of a new and free Libya.

If that turns out to be true, the Chinese government is more likely to support direct intervention, say, by NATO with UN support.

Without foreign military intervention, the disastrous situation will stretch on for days and weeks with more killings of innocent unarmed people.

When all or most foreign nationals are out of Libya, the international community must intervene directly.
