While we bicker about John Dalli – people are being massacred in Libya. For heaven’s sake do not let bureaucracy delay the one and only remaining thing to do – go in with FORCE and get Gaddafi before he consolidates his position.

The west swore ‘never again’ after the genocide in World War II. Then we took too long to intervene in ex-Yugoslavia, and we watched on as genocide happened in Sudan and Rwanda. Now as we all discuss and chat, genocide is happening again, this time on our doorstep.

What the hell are our leaders waiting for to enforce the no-fly zone that the rebels are asking us to enforce? Again we are dragging our feet as people are being massacred.

Facing an enemy equally armed, one would stand a chance.

To face a fully armed enemy, practically unarmed is, to say the least, heroic.

Gaddafi has become the Hitler of the 21st century and the sooner he is eliminated the better for the whole world.

You can always trust Joe Grima to swing where the wind blows. Last week Gaddafi was great because he made Malta’s social services possible by giving Mintoff millions to keep us enchained to his dictatorship.

But tonight Gaddafi was an ‘arukaza’ because he’s killing his own people.

Malta is being slaughtered for allowing the transhipment (they never entered the country) of eight million euros worth of handguns but the same people who go on about this then harry the government to return the Mirage fighter jets to Gaddafi lest he take revenge on us.
