Some people are panicking and useless hearsays are circulating in the street. Malta is facing its most critical moment of national security since independence and we are being updated more about the divorce and concience issues than our own security.

At this moment I would suggest that the divorce issue and referendum be postponed towards hopefully more serene times, and allow the prime minister to concentrate solely on the Libya issue.
