I would ask izzejtuni, what would have happened to someone who addressed similar comments to Mintoff in the 70s?

The fact that he’s free to make those comments without serious repercussions (apart from a lot of people being disgusted by his attitude and giving him the deserved title of a ‘complete uncivilised idiot’) is already a lot that he’s got to thank Fenech Adami for.

I can imagine people loathing Eddie Fenech Adami. He destroyed Mintoff is-Salvatur. It was a foregone conclusion that people of the likes of izzejtuni with the IQ of a flea would hate his guts and courage.

Observed result:
Specimen demonstrates significant agitation with vicious clawing at anything within reach and in line of sight.

Conclusions:
