Admittedly, Balzan was being sarcastic but, of all things he could have said, he DID use Muscat’s children to make his point.

Labour Elves are well aware of the considerable following enjoyed by this blog and occasionally make a concerted effort to ride on its popularity by putting their own message across.

Depending on how gross they are this message could be anything from obscene threats to sly protestations of (false) admiration with a sting in their tail.

Looking at this comment by “Rachel” I was struck by the lack of spelling and grammar mistakes, so this isn’t your usual semi-literate foot-soldier. Could it be a lawyer perhaps (“did you or did you not attack . . .”)?

Looking at other Labour supporters posting on this blog in recent days it’s easy to find indications of who might be linked to whom (thank you, Facebook) so, yes, I could be mistaken but my guess is that this Rachel is a certain prospective Labour candidate from Mosta.

Oh, and of course, my past connection with BirdLife means that from time to time I get a birdie tell me . . .

Sometimes it's difficult to keep up, as you put it, with three or more blogs in one day plus music videos from the golden years ( no, not the PL's !) but I do my best to keep up. I have had more than my fill of US/UK crime fiction, movies and TV series not to know what GBH is. Will promise to do better next time.

The worst harm done to these kids was done by their own parents, when they named them Etoille and Soleil. I am convince that Muscats have no self-awareness at all, and consequently are not aware how these twins will be ridiculed once they grow up. What will PM Muscat do – pass a law so that the twins’ peers are not made fun of behind their back?

Sprog Urban Dictionary definition :
1. once disparaging term for a child, now often used affectionately. (Chiefly British)
2. derogative term for an unpleasant child.
3. illigitimate offspring
