Well, in all fairness, I do think that had George been elected as head of the PL then he would have given the Nationalists a run for their money (phew.. thank goodness the internal power struggle emerged victorious over the bigger picture).

I guess it’s no wonder that he found himself President… it sure was an honorable way of getting stiff competition out of the way.

Had the PL had any sense at all they would have elected George and surely, the Nationalists too would be doing a better job for fear of the very real competition.

I would suggest that the government gets its act together because a lot of youngsters who have the ability to think with their mind not with their blood group will be floating like ducks at San Anton in the next election and they might not be totally wrong in doing so – even though the mystic of crossing over to the dark side will have Luke regretting it for some time after.

George is a leader – he is focused on how to turn his party into the natural government for the Maltese.

Joseph seeks the focus all onto himself – he is so self-centred.

In contrast, Toni puts all his focus onto Duminka.
