Then, somehow, the key will disappear and a new set of 51 solutions will be crafted by Karmenu Vella who then will totally forget what the original proposals were all about. Forgetfulness comes with age.

Some of the relics who surround Joseph will soon qualify for the extra e300 a year for 80 year olds as mentioned in the 2012 Budget. Damn!
