If the future PM claims that the referendum on the Greek measures proposed by comrade George was a credible idea (unlike the rest of the EU leaders who were shocked at the news), then we should expect that each new tax and fiscal measure proposed by a future MLP government to be subject to a referendum as well..

Comrade George was dismissed by all European leaders, the markets, and the Greeks themselves, after realizing that he was no leader at all, that he was part of the problem, and that he was not in touch with realiity.

I can understand that Joseph Muscat finds affinity with a failed leader who lacked vision, was in denial, and did not raise to the occasion by irrespnsibly passing the buck to the electorate through a referendum, that would have collapsed the whole Euro system. SO much for comrade by George!!

Not only Joseph Muscat is dangerous for Malta, but he also boosts affinity with a failed leader who was irresponsible enough to propose a damgerous referendum. Comrade George was unable to take painful but important fiscal measures.

Given that Muscat will be PM in 18 months time, I am shocked tthat yet again he is on the wrong side of history. Muscat claimed that the referendum (that was dismissed by eveyone as irresponsible) would have been a credible solution! This moron is CLUELESS.
