It’s quite a silly way of ignoring a person’s argument and simply ridiculing them on the basis of the way they write (or look). To me, it looks like you do it because you can’t reply appropriately and cover it up by declaring that you deem yourself too high and mighty to stoop to the level of such people by replying to them for a reason other than to make fun of their writing.
