One of his proposals is that of ensuring internal democratic processes within political parties.

As if Joseph is going to risk that with his delegati. The same applies for Mugliett, JPO and others who keep pushing for early elections. What they really want is to keep Labour safe from scrutiny.

Of course Franco would have abstained. He made his decision the day he presented his private motion and witnessed Labour’s true nature.
