In reply to Antoine Vella. The connection dates back to when the Labour Party waged war on private schools, closed the polytechnic and decimated the university. It goes back to when computers dulled students' brains and when diplomas and degrees were just pieces of paper Mintoff would wrap his incovas in.

Is it a coincidence that there is an dramatic lowering of standards in the printed media at the same time that more and more Labour sympathisers are working for the newspapers ?

There must be a connection though it’s hard to say which is the cause and which the effect.
