Saw this on Sky earlier – I loved how at one point, the beefy guy to the left of the picture decided he should take off his jacket, and his tie, then straighten his shirt collar before getting in on the action.

I expected him to start yelling the Ukrainian equivalent of ‘Zommuni! Zommuni!’ while pretending to be held back by his buddies.

The UK parliament is unique.

I note that this level of discussion and wit have not been exported to the US – the Congress there is so boring. There are a few channels (all called C-Span) which transmit the Congress sessions together with the sessions of all the different comittees. I guess this is what Franco wants.
