The primary classes at Chiswick start at 8.20am, kindergarten classes around an hour later. The school provides what they call an “extra hour” service. Fine, if he sends his 2-year-old daughter an hour early in the morning to save on a school trip.

What I can’t understand, however, is that if he sits in his car for so long outside the school prior to collecting his son at 2.20pm, why does he not give his toddler daughter some reprieve and pick her up just that little bit earlier, seeing that kindergarten there finishes almost a full 2 hours before primary school, ie at around 12.45pm?

I can never understand these so-called “modern parents”, wanting to dump their children here, there and everywhere for their own convenience.

Look on the bright side – If he were a housewife with the same mentality, he’d probably be posting inane comments such as “Ufff! Just washed 3 plates, and have another 3 to go. lololol lolllllloooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

I fail to understand how some people, usually professional men, need to broadcast to the whole world that they are doing what comes naturally to everyone ie spend time with your dear ones, no matter how busy your schedule is.
