How painful – I am 86 years old and all this reminds me of the awful years we went through with Mintoff in power. People seem to forget easily. I shall always have a prayer for the well-being of Eddie Fenech Adami, who, with his skill and righteousness, brought us out of that stinking situation.

Maybe the people who feel it is all right to meet up with Joseph Muscat – and at the Labour Headquarters, of all places – and those who think it is all right to vote Labour because they are not getting what they want off the Nationalist governent, only do so because they do not remember the turmoil of the time, or simply because they are only interested in material gain, having been far too distantly related to the people involved.

I can never forgive anybody who was directly involved in ruining so many people, in destroying their peace and health, let alone vote such unprincipled people into government.

Some people have no shame.
