In the case of Channel Nine, the station did not support their actions, and the cameraman was sacked.

In the case of Super One, it may need to be proven that ByON Jo and CharlON Gouder were not sent there by their employer, and they surely were not sacked.

Their filming was broadcast on Super One later that day, and CharlON Gouder even replaced John Bundy in the morning show.

When you have anyone step into your personal space your natural reaction is to respond.

Being filmed walking in and out of court is one thing but to be pursued is a disgrace, as in Daphne’s case. Also having Charlon Gouder looming over you would make me want to retch.
