PL reminds me of the plain primary school girls who gang up against the little girl who will grow up to be a real beauty, and making her feel inferior and ugly.

Their inferiority complex is leading them into harming MAlta’s best politicians, aided and abetted by napoleonic syndrome little men, themselves poisoned by envy.

I think the PL have just made one of their worst mistakes.

By having Richard Cachia Caruana resign they have freed a lot of his time which I’m sure the PN will put to good use.

Mr Aquilina rightly points out that Mr Cachia Caruana was the mind behind Malta’s entry to the EU and this was no mean task.

Remember that just a few months before the referendum the mood was quite anti-EU although there was always the hope that common sense would prevail.

Now the PL have managed to unseat this person from Brussels and brought him back to Malta thinking that they have made some victory. Banzaiiii.

They move to punish those whose successes shore up their own sense of inadequacy – for they must realise, at some level, that those heads they seek are far better than their own.
