The next step would be to table a motion that an exception be made in the case of former Minister C Mifsud Bonnici and that he be deprived of that allowance, even if he is entitled to it, so that the very honourable Luciano Busuttil would be able to display his honourable brazen cheek to look Dr Mifsud Bonnici in the eye “normally”, instead of shamefacedly looking at the floor, because he was part of the plot to stab an Honourable Minister in the back in order to satisfy Dr Franco Debono’s thirst foir revenge and the LP’s ravenous appetite for a premature election.

This is precisely THE reason why so many taxpayers see the new parliamentary building as a waste of public funds.

Quite frankly after the tantrums and antics thrown in by Franco Debono and Luciano Busuttil, it is becoming increasingly more arduous to argue to the contrary.
