If Luciano Busuttil thinks that Richard Cachia Caruana is finished, he is greatly mistaken. Richard will come out of this stronger than ever. Let us hope that Luciano will be the person responsible for European Affairs in Muscat’s government. Surely, we will be monitoring his successes.
